At Tiny Again, we offer a range of second hand baby and children's clothes in various sizes and styles. Our collection includes gently used items that are affordable and of high quality.
How do I place an order?
To place an order at Tiny Again, simply browse through our online store, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to checkout. We offer secure payment options for your convenience.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we understand that shopping for children can be tricky. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
We also have a Purchase Scheme, so even if you've brought from us and your little one has now grown out of those clothes, we will happily purchase back from you. Please see our "Sell to us" page for more details.
What do you do with new clothes after I've sold them to you?
At Tiny Again, we are trying to simultaneously save parents money, and help be more eco-conscious. Our Purchase Scheme allows parents to sell their unwanted items to us for us to then re-sell for them to be used again.
Once we receive new items they are all thoroughly checked for more permanent staining or damage. What can be fixed or cleaned with more specific products will be. All clothing items then are washed with non-bio sensitive cleaning products and let to air dry. We find air drying reduces shrinkage of some items and increases their longevity to be used by your little ones over and over again. Once we are happy, they're put up for you to browse in our store - of course, not all marks of play and fun can be completely erased; these imperfect items are listed at 50% off and details of imperfections are mentioned in the product description and clearly shown in pictures.
I can make more money if I sell privately - why sell to Tiny Again?
Yes, we understand that selling your outgrown items privately via the use of Vinted or eBay etc will likely make you more money! Tiny Again's Purchase Scheme is aimed at those busy parents who simply do not have time to advertise all of their items and ship them themselves. We are here for ease for those parents who could do with a few extra pennies and are eco-conscious.
We also donate a portion of our clothing or profits to local schools and charities each month to give back where we can!
How does your "Sell to us" Scheme work exactly?
It couldn't be easier! Drop us a message via our "Sell to us" page in the navigation bar, give us a brief description of what you have e.g. "10 short sleeved vests ages 6-9 months" and include any notes of their condition:
- New with tags
- Like new
- Light markings
- Proudly used!
Attach some pictures, these can be of each item individually or with all items in one picture. After we've reviewed your message and photo's we will then come back to you with a quote. You can now choose to accept or take another avenue. If you choose to sell to Tiny Again, we will send you over the shipping details for you to send us your items.
After your items have arrived to us and we have checked everything over to make sure all products match your initial description, we will ask for proof of your postage receipt and pay you for what you've sent as well as re-imbursing your shipping costs to us!
